Detailed Overview of Standard Services
We offer customized affiliate management services depending on your needs. The following is a summary of the tasks your USN affiliate manager will provide your business:
- Actively seek out and recruit new Affiliates and potential Business Development relationships.
- Load new links, banners and HTML marketing material on network. Request and provide guidance in design of new creative as needed.
- Develop ongoing promotions and incentives.
- Screen and Activate new Affiliates daily to make sure they get your campaigns active to generate positive results.
- Motivate and retain existing Affiliates. This is a relationship business and it’s critical to remain in contact and build effective long-term relationships with your partners.
- Account for the business generated by your Affiliates. We’ll handle the initial reporting of sale and subscription transactions, as well as handle the reconciliation of any voided or cancelled orders into the system for final payment of Affiliates.
- Analyze monthly reports and include performance recommendations.
- Provide regular administrative support for your program.
- Handle all regular day-to-day correspondences with Affiliates.
- Answer standard technical and strategic questions from Affiliates.
- Manually review and approve or deny affiliate applications.
- Run regular transaction reports.
- Run monthly commission reports for submission to your billing department.
- Pay commissions to Affiliates operating in the United Sharing Network.
- Suggest modifications to improve any shortcomings with your affiliate program.
- Write and send highlights of your business to Affiliates as part of USN’s monthly email newsletter.
- Maintain and update the content of your Affiliate FAQ and Info pages when necessary.
